1) They don’t cut corners when it comes to compliance. I initially chose them, in part, because they were the only firm that took a soon-to-be-implemented regulation seriously and had a plan for dealing with it.
2) The service is top-notch. Kathryn is extremely quick to respond to questions or concerns.
3) The accuracy of the reporting is excellent. So far, I am still waiting for them to make a mistake, but it hasn’t happened.

Combine that with low fees and I’m not sure why you’d use anybody else.
